This website was designed completely in Flash. Patrick Widner is the Executive Director and owner of Marketing Provisions, Inc. and started Web Designing with Flash animation in 2001. Even though Flash is no longer ideally suited for a complete web design it is still a very attractive media for banners, headers, movies and other video elements which we still integrate today if desired.
